Neurosurgery

Our talented neurosurgeons are located Uptown and on the Westbank. Patients may make their own appointments for consultation, or be referred by a physician, if they have had an MRI. We accept most major insurance carriers. Follow the link to learn more about our department.

The neurosurgeons within the LSU Department of Neurosurgery offer treatment for both adult and pediatric patients, who suffer from various neurological disorders. Our neurosurgeons understand patients’ anxiety concerning neurosurgery and offer the most careful, compassionate, and comprehensive care in New Orleans.

At the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, our treatment of neurological diseases draws upon the knowledge of a multidisciplinary team committed to achieving the best outcomes.
